Homeownership Seminar and Gladstone Waitlist Opening

There is a Homeownership Seminar happening this Wednesday, Jan 31 at the Spartan Center, 134 E. Elizabeth Street.

Dinner, browsing presenter tables and materials, speaking with partner representatives. at 5:30 – 6:15 p.m.

At 6:15 p.m., an affordable homeownership fair and training session Presentations on how you can become a homeowner!

Gladstone Residences Waitlist

Some of the units at Gladstone Residences are partly funded by the Housing Authority City of Pittsburgh. HACP will be opening its Gladstone waitlist for Project Based Vouchers on February 6 at 8 am.

If you do not have a Section 8 Voucher, but believe you may qualify, please signup for the waitlist as soon as possible, beginning on February 6 at 8 am.  If you currently have a Section 8 (Housing Choice) Voucher, you can still sign up for the PVB waitlist or you can apply during general leasing for the remaining units, which is expected to begin in March.

NOTE: The waitlist can only be accessed online.  If you need assistance, please come to the HI office between 8 am and 7 pm on Tuesday, February 6 or 9 am to 1pm on Wednesday, February 7. Staff will be available to assist you.
