The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) invites the Hazelwood community to join them for an update on the Woods Village multi-family rental townhome development project. The developer, Oak Moss Associates, LLC, will share the current site plan, the results of the site environmental studies, their workforce development plans, and vision for small business retail shops. Food and beverages will be provided.
The study was prepared for P.O.O.R.L.A.W., GH-CARED and the development team for the Sarah Dixon Innovation Center. Please note this study contains “forward-looking information”, including demographics, new residential projects, and trends in the market for groceries and household goods.
