The residential unit was purchased by POORLAW and Praise Deliverance Church as part of the establishment of the Equity One Stop Shop Resource Center and the conversion of the former Good Shepherd Church to Praise Deliverance Church.

This renovation of this former pastoral house for Good Shepherd Church will be an affordable rental for a larger family.
