RFPs for 124 Johnston Ave.

Proposals are requested by P.O.O.R.L.A.W & Praise Temple Deliverance Church for renovations to 124 Johnston Ave., Pittsburgh (former Good Shepherd Church property), in order to establish the Equity One Stop Shop Resource Center. Submitting for more than one RFP is welcome. See below for bid details for HVAC, roofing, and demo/painting.

• Church Only-Heating and Air Conditioning Installation
• Roofing and Repairs
• Painting and Selective Demolition

Proposals must be delivered to 124 Johnston Ave. by March 31st, 2023 at 5:00 pm.
